It was a pleasure working with Nima Behshid, we've had several issues with our HVAC and it was refreshing to have someone who was knowledgeable and took the time to help me understand why things needed to be done. As a result of Behshid's wonderful customer service, we joined the membership promotion.
As always the technicians that work for Integrity Comfort Systems are stellar!! Troy came by and diagnosed my nightmare HVAC system and fully explained what was happening to cause the issues. Never using jargon and willing to repeat all the technical stuff no matter how many times I ask. I've used this company a couple times so far and they always deserve a shoutout due to how amazing they are. I have a nightmare house and they always bring excellent service!!

Really wonderful professional guys that spent the day installing 2 ductless mini splits in our home. That were always working and it was not an easy job. Much thanks and appreciation for their quality work. Michael has been very helpful in making sure we are completely satisfied. Professional and a great company to work with.

Steven the technician was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He came to give me a "free of charge" estimate of my Goodman furnace problem. I didn't received the estimate yet,-but strangely enough the furnace is working at this time.

Excellent experience doing business with Integrity! Initially called them for a repair, knowing that our existing 22+ year old system was going to need to replacement sooner than later, and I already did a fair amount of research in to companies and cost estimations before they arrived. The tech/rep that came out took the time to go over all the repair/replace options with minimal sales pressure so we ended up replacing everything.
The crew came out the next week and due to an inventory shortage installed a more efficient (and expensive) dual fuel heat pump system at no additional cost.
The install was not without hiccups, but the company made good on everything that was promised and we are very satisfied with the results.
Keep in mind that replacing an entire HVAC system IS NOT INEXPENSIVE, but there are only a few things in life where you cannot put a price on something that impacts your health, comfort and safety.
reached out to Integrity Comfort Systems, and they were able to send a technician the same day—within just a few hours—to check out my HVAC system. Troy called ahead when he was on his way, and once he arrived, he was incredibly helpful. He clearly explained why my gas furnace hadn't been running due to a potential safety hazard, and walked me through what needed to be done to fix the issue so our home could be safe and warm with winter approaching. They did not charge me a dime!
Great company, excellent service, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for skilled and dependable HVAC technicians.
