On time, good communication before appointment and during the scheduled appointment. Steven listened to what had been done to our HVAC system in the past and gave good advise and recommendations for future repairs/updates. He mentioned adding a surge protector to our system and helped us to realize a past repair was done incorrectly, wrong size Capacitor was installed.
Very good work, they made all the adjustments I asked for during the installation.

We had Michael come to give a quote for a new heat system and the possible addition of ac. He was thorough and knows his job. We were so impressed with him that we went with Integrity Comfort Systems and did not schedule any additional companies to bid on our project. We feel this company is far superior to the rest.
Staff and Technicians highly knowledgeable. They fixed my furnace after we had another company come out 2 days before who was worthless. They gave us suggestions for affordable (hardware store) remedies to make our outdoor HVAC closet safer and more efficient.
