Terms & Conditions of Membership

Transferable: Each membership may be transferred to a new property or new homeowner for the current property

10% off Repairs: Does not apply to diagnostic Fee, cannot be combined with any other discounts. Does not include heating and cooling equipment replacement.

5% off Replacement: Cannot be combined with any other offers. Applies only to complete HVAC system replacement.

Biannual Tune-Ups: Tune-ups completed twice per year by trained and licensed technicians. Keeps your warranties valid and maintains proper system operation.

Outdoor Unit Cleaning: Inspect, remove, and clean outdoor unit of debris, leaves, and dirt. ($159 value)

Drain Line Clearing: Clearing off drain line using compressed nitrogen to ensure no clogs are hindering system operations.

Free Part Tune-Up: One repair item per tune up (regardless of the number of units), only if determined that one of the covered parts has failed. Covered parts include: contactor, capacitor, ignitor, or 1lb of freon (R410A & R32 only). Free parts do not roll over to future visits. $400 Value.

Whole Home (Up to 3 Systems): Membership benefits apply to the entire home (one location), up to three units.

Never Pay Twice for the Same Repair: Must maintain a continuous membership and complete all recommended repairs. Does not cover neglect/misuse of system, acts of God, or refrigerant leaks.*

Cancellation Policy: All Cancellations must be received in written form, by mail or email. There will be no refunds on any unused portions of a membership.
