This Privacy Policy describes how Integrity Comfort Systems, doing business as Integrity Comfort Systems ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website at integritycomfort.com (the "Site"), and sets forth the terms and conditions governing your use of the Site.

By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who We Are

Integrity Comfort Systems is a licensed HVAC contractor serving Ventura County, LA County, and Santa Clarita Valley. Our principal place of business is located at 2245 First Street #107, Simi Valley, California, 93065.

Integrity Comfort Systems is committed to being transparent about how we collect and use your personal information, and to giving you meaningful control over your data. This page describes your privacy rights and explains how to exercise them.

What Personal Information We Collect

When you visit our website at integritycomfort.com ("Website"), we may collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers: Name, email address, phone number, home or service address, IP address
  • Service and Transaction Information: Details about service requests, estimates, or jobs you have requested or received
  • Internet or Network Activity: Pages visited, time on site, referring webpage, browser type, device information
  • Geolocation Data: General location inferred from IP address
  • Inferences: Information derived from the above to understand your preferences or interests for advertising purposes
  • Financial Data: Payment card information and financing application information, if applicable. Payment card information is processed by our payment processing providers and is not stored by us except as necessary to document transactions.
  • Sensitive Personal Information: Government-issued identification numbers, such as driver’s license numbers, financing application information, and other information classified as sensitive personal information under applicable California law. This information is minimized and secured.

How We Use and Share Your Information

We use this information to respond to your inquiries; schedule service; process memberships and payments; improve our Website and our services; send promotional communications about our products and services, with your consent if required; run advertising campaigns; send appointment reminders; follow up on completed service calls; comply with the law and legal obligations; provide required information to third-party service providers and contractors in the provision of services to you; and monitor and analyze trends with respect to the services.

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, we may share personal information in a manner that may constitute "sharing" under California Law. We may share your personal information with service providers who assist us in operating the Site; law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required by law; and third parties in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Information from Third-Party Tools

Our Site uses third-party tools and service providers that may collect information on our behalf. We may share information with these providers as necessary to operate our Website, provide requested services, process payments, facilitate financing, deliver communications, analyze Website performance, and conduct advertising and marketing activities. These third parties are contractually required to use personal information only for authorized business purposes.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your personal information, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

California residents have the following rights under California law, including the CCPA/CPRA:

  • Right to Know: You have the right to know what personal information we collect, and the right to request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, sold, or shared about you, the sources of that information, the types of third parties that information is shared with, and the business purpose of our use and how we share it. You may request a personal copy of your information, including in a portable format.
  • Right to Delete: You have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions. If you request to delete your information, please note that we retain certain information when required or permitted by law.
  • Right to Correct: You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, including sharing with advertising platforms for targeted advertising purposes, by following the below instructions. Where relevant, you also have the right to limit sensitive personal data processing or opt out of profiling for decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. However, we do not currently engage in processing that gives rise to those opt-out rights.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: We only use Sensitive Personal Information for purposes permitted under California law. Accordingly, we do not currently offer a separate right to limit use of Sensitive Personal Information because our use falls within statutory exceptions.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.

  • We have collected the above information for business purposes, including providing and fulfilling HVAC services, such as quotes, repairs, installs, and maintenance; billing customer support; marketing with consent; improving operations; legal compliance; and fraud prevention.
  • We have disclosed this information to the following types of third parties: Service Providers, including Housecall Pro, payment processors, install partners, and marketing tools, for the above purposes. Aggregated data may be provided to analytics companies.
  • We have disclosed the following categories of information for business purposes: Name, phone number, email, address, payment card information, marketing preferences, IP address, analytics, and reviews/testimonials.

Cookie and Advertising Preferences

When you first visit our Website, you will see a cookie consent banner that allows you to control which categories of cookies are active on your device. How to Submit Other Privacy Requests

To submit a request to know, delete, or correct your personal information, please contact us using the information above. Depending on the nature of the request, we may verify your identity by matching information you provide against information maintained in our records, including your email address, phone number, or service address. We will respond within 45 days, with the option to extend by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary.

You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. Authorized agent requests must include written permission from you, and we may require you to verify your own identity directly with us. We may require an authorized agent to provide proof of signed permission from the consumer and may require the consumer to verify their identity directly with us.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting. At this time, there is no consistent industry standard for responding to DNT signals, and our Site does not currently respond to DNT signals differently than other requests. We do, however, honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as described above.
