Chris Spalding came in as a second opinion regarding a leak in our air conditioner. The day before somebody (from a highly rated HVAC company on Yelp) said we had a crack in our catch pan and wanted minimum $3,500 to replace the pan and coil. Chris could not find the supposed crack, and said the catch pan was just tilted. He identified a way to possibly just adjust it with a shim - potentially saving us thousands. Many thanks to Chris for taking the time to understand our problem and come up with solutions that save us money!
