The technicians Diego and Josh were excellent. Extremely well informed and explained everything step by step so i could follow what needed repairs. The office could've been better about communicating with me though.. which is why I took off a star. But all in all, I would still recommend the company.

We used Integrity Comfort Systems to put our AC system in. I called and scheduled an appt to get back on my service rotation with them. Josh was the service technician that responded and he was so professional and knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection and brought my system back to tip top condition! Thank you so much. The experience with Josh was fantastic! The A/C unit stopped working on a Sunday night, and it was a relief that they sent a technician really quickly. Josh was friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Josh explained the problem and options. The repair was done efficiently, and the cost was reasonable, especially given the quick turnaround. They are highly recommended for their honesty and reliable service!
Josh b.. was the maintenance guy he did a great job.. very efficient and friendly.. explain to me about my air conditioning system and how important it is to get maintenance on it.. so I bought the maintenance package.. very pleased with the service and explanation.. sincerely Lisa Coe
