Our heating stopped mid-morning and Integrity Comfort came out mid-day to fix the problem. The issue was diagnosed quickly and heat was back on less than three hours after I made the call. The tech was courteous and knowledgeable.
After a power outage, furnace would not turn back on. Josh Barnett from Integrity was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. He was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Would recommend.

This company is amazing and has great prices. I have them work on all three of my locations for my company which is called better Mattress and the service my homes as well. I can happily report on the service and multiple interactions I have had with Integrity Comfort Systems. A little less than 1 year ago they installed 2 furnaces and a tankless water heater in my home. We had several different companies give estimates. Integrity's was not the cheapest, but Stephen Carrasco immediately made us feel comfortable and secure with choosing them. They have not failed to reward us for our choice. They have returned 2 or 3 times for check-ups and adjustments quickly and with no hesitation. I also remember Julie and Jared were extremely helpful. It is uncommon to be as happy as we are, but Integrity Comfort Systems was a great choice for our big job. They handled themselves with professionalism and great humanity. I would quickly call them for future needs and recommend them unreservedly to my friends and family.
