Man!! These guys are the bomb!! Has me up and running in under 2 hrs. Explained all of the problems that needed to be addressed and did all the work at an extremely fair price. If you have been looking for a team that will " just fix the problem" abdominal not ask for a kidney to get it done, then this is the company you have been looking for. HIGHLY recommend.
AC went out during the hottest 2 weeks. They came out, assessed the situation. Had to order new compressor and loaned us portable AC units until it arrived. Constant communication and status updates. Very reliable and honest technicians.

We recently bought a condo that had a new HVAC system installed bt the previous owners last September by Integrity Comfort Systems. When we turned on the A/C, there was a condensation leak from the ceiling vent. When I asked our realtor about installation paperwork, for the system, I was pleased to learn it was under warranty.
One call to Integrity Comfort Systems resulted in an appointment at our earliest convenience. Chris came out, diagnosed the issue, got parts and fixed it same day. All under warranty! No cost to us! And he was friendly, neat, and efficient.

Could have left air conditioner a little cleaner on the outside. The bottom inside of unit has leaves and debris but maybe that is normal. The technician was respectful of property and explained what I might consider doing in future.
Alejandro was punctual, honest, and helpful. He explained all our options for our issue we were having. I would recommend them.
