The technician arrived within the arrival window. Was professional, detail oriented. He spotted out our system was not properly secured in the attic. We scheduled a second appointment to have that issue repaired. Showed up exactly on time. Did the job in a flash. It would have taken me a lot longer to even attempt that and probably.not very well. I recommend this company.
Sometimes in life you get lucky and run into a business that still offers old fashioned service with honesty and Integrity. Integrity Comfort Systems is that company for me. From the moment I spoke to Nima B. I knew I had the right guy. The man is a problem solver with an unbelievable (can do) attitude. My wife has bad allergies so we decided to get new ducts in the attic. We started the work but before it got done I had to take my wife to the hospital. Nima personally went to my home and supervised everything while I took care of my wife. He then DROVE TO THE HOSPITAL just to introduce himself to me and pic up a payment. Honestly, who does that? I could have just paid over the phone. I WILL NEVET use anyone but him. Total class from this company. All the employees were clean and courteous, just an outstanding experience. Thank you for keeping the dream alive Nima.
