Most amazing service! The owner and his wife went above and beyond to fix our air conditioning in the middle of a heat wave. They definitely have integrity. I would highly recommend and will go to them if and when we need to replace our unit.
Update: After noticing my daughters room was warmer than the whole once the new AC was installed, I reached out to Julie and she scheduled someone to come out to see what was happening. Chris Spalding came out, he was so great. He went into the attic and found the issue so quickly, Chris redirected some ducts and now the AC in my daughter's room is cooling much better. He said to try that out for a few days and if it still isn't cooling off enough, he'll come back and make changes. Again, Integrity is amazing and always on point.

All I can say is my total experience from the initial phone call for an estimate to a job well done was accommodating and professional! Steven came out and was extremely knowledgeable and up for my challenging questions. Jaime, Alberto and Maverick showed up on time at 9:15 am and worked on the roof and attic until 7:30pm on the hottest day of the week to insure we were up and running… AWESOME customer service, Highly recommend Integrity Comfort Systems.. thank YOU so much

Extremely happy with Integrity Comfort Systems. Our tech "Josh" is very professional, listened to my concerns and addressed them before completing any work. He also showed me pictures, so I knew and understood what he was explaining. Once he left, I continued to have problems, as the unit is an extremely old unit (not his fault) and the company immediately set up another appointment to come back out. Josh spent more time and was able to fix the problem. I have been through numerous companies, and I highly recommend Integrity! If you want honesty, professionalism, on-time, and reasonably priced, call Integrity!!
