A/C Technician arrived promptly same day service and notified us when in route. Estimates provided were detailed and called out parts to be replaced and work to be completed. Our system is older and will eventually be phased out. We were glad to get an early seasonal maintenance check so we have time to decide on moving forward with needed repairs of our existing HVAC system or schedule a review with Integrity Comfort Systems and get pricing for a complete HVAC system upgrade. The experience was professional.

Three months after install and I called to have the system balanced. Mike came out just a couple days later. I'm sure he thought it would be a quick but it turned into a bit more than expected. However, he persevered and the system is working really well now. Thanks again to a great team.
On time, good communication before appointment and during the scheduled appointment. Steven listened to what had been done to our HVAC system in the past and gave good advise and recommendations for future repairs/updates. He mentioned adding a surge protector to our system and helped us to realize a past repair was done incorrectly, wrong size Capacitor was installed.
Very good work, they made all the adjustments I asked for during the installation.
