Extremely happy with Integrity Comfort Systems. Our tech "Josh" is very professional, listened to my concerns and addressed them before completing any work. He also showed me pictures, so I knew and understood what he was explaining. Once he left, I continued to have problems, as the unit is an extremely old unit (not his fault) and the company immediately set up another appointment to come back out. Josh spent more time and was able to fix the problem. I have been through numerous companies, and I highly recommend Integrity! If you want honesty, professionalism, on-time, and reasonably priced, call Integrity!!
Chris with Integrity Comfort Systems did an excellent job replacing a condenser fan motor on an Air Conditioning unit.
He was here an hour after I called and quickly did the job...the house is now cool and comfortable.

Integrity Comfort Systems deserves the absolute highest praise. From Sales - kudos to Mike - through installation and subsequent follow up, the service was impeccable.
I had a new heat pump installed to replace my 26 year old AC/furnace and had the ductwork redesigned to move more airflow to the smaller rooms on the south and west side of my home. Installation went smoothly and on time. When we tested the system, with the more powerful air handler the airflow through the living room register was too loud for my taste, so they scheduled a follow up visit and lengthened and rerouted the duct to the register to reduce the noise. On startup we decided it was still too loud, so they came back again, set up a completely new register in a new location across the room, and again rerouted the duct. Perfect! They also changed he damper in the kitchen which was cooler than the other rooms to even the temperature. Also perfect!
During the process I had questions and they always answered cheerfully and in detail. They took great care of my home - they used drop cloths and wore booties in the house to protect my floors (Maverick even crawled around with a rag to wipe up dust where someone stepped off a drop cloth) and swept up the garage floor.
I am very happy with their process and service and highly recommend them!
Josh from Integrity Comfort Systems came out to service my air conditioner. He went into my attic which was 100 degrees at least and replaced my capacitor, then went out to my compressor and added a bunch of coolant and cleaned the entire unit. He also threw in a new filter. He checked all of the settings and made sure it was working like new. I am very satisfied with this company and will have them back this winter to service my HVAC unit.

Stephen Carrasco was here today to give me an estimate for a new heating/cooling system to replace the 40 year old Lennox equipment in my house. He was very professional and carefully explained what was going to be needed to upgrade the system. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. While the estimate is higher than I was expecting, I will compare it to other quotes as I go through the process of making an informed decision. Stephen is definitely a valuable asset to your company.
