Our AC went out at night. We had heard good things about integrity so we scheduled them online and they came first thing the next day. The technician was very professional and very kind. He figured out the problem and even had the part with him and was able to get us up and running very quickly! We were so impressed with the service that we bought the maintenance plan to keep them coming back.

Josh did a great job explain what he was doing as he was doing it so we understood he was able to go get a new filter and replace it which we really appreciate it since it hadn't been done for several months. We appreciate his diligence and professionalism.

Thanks Chris! Is it crazy to say "I love these guys" regarding an HVAC contractor?! Kenny, the owner was a neighbor which we discovered after using him for our new HVAC system. Integrity truly lives up to the name. They employ a stable crew of technicians. They're clean, always pleasant, personable and get the job done timely. I only recommend this HVAC contractor and to anyone who'll listen.
Update 3/30/26. My new tech is Josh. I like that Integrity strives to keep you with the same tech vs sending a new one each time. I have my hvac maintained twice a year and it's seamless. Also, appreciate while they give a range when setting appointments they know I want the first one of the day! You guys are great! You too Julie! Keep up the good work
