I'm very satisfied with Integrity Comfort Systems. Top notch company with great talent. Michael was fantastic, he offered some temporary solutions, but due to the age of my system I opted to have everything replaced. Michael quickly provided several options, and I was scheduled for installation within a few days.
On install day, Jerod and crew (sorry brother, I completely forgot your name!) arrived promptly and got busy. They managed to get the old out and everything new installed and running in 7 hours. Attention to detail was evident and everything was left cleaner than when they arrived.
Next day I noticed severe condensation throughout the system and called. Julie immediately dispatched a tech out. The issue was identified and corrected (Thank you Diego!). Problem was due to a compatibility issue with Nest V3 thermostats working with ACPRO condensers, which I elected to keep prior to installation. Diego installed a temporary thermostat to get the system working as expected. Michael came out a few days later and installed my thermostat of choice. System is working perfectly.
Again, top notch company. I will be doing business with them from here on out. I highly recommend their services.

I had a nightmare installation done by bad contractors causing a brand new unit to breakdown with every error in the book. Diego did an excellent diagnosing the machine in 100+ degree weather. He was meticulous and went through every possible issue. Unfortunately the damage done caused the job to drag out but Diego continued working. I had a previous technician out from another company and even though I paid for their service it's clear that I should've gone with Integrity Comfort Systems to begin with. I highly recommend this company. Everything is inspected and documented and then very clearly explained to me so I could understand the journey we're now on. Great job. I will return should any other issues arise.

Diego was very thorough in describing the work to be done and the different levels of cleaning and maintenance plans. I flt I was getting a very good service for a fair price. He spent a lot of time completing his work.
