My husband and I are in our 80's and when our A/C quit cooling we were frantic. We contacted Integrity Tuesday and Mike came out on Wednesday. He took the time to explain what was going on.
He fixed the problem and was professional, knowledgeable and so kind! He certainly is an asset to Integrity.
I used this service for the first time to do some cleaning and general maintenance. Their service technician Josh was amazing. Not only did he spend most of the day going out of his way to do extra work and ensure that our system was running to the best of its ability, he even went to get parts and extra coolant to recharge our system, despite having to drive extra distance through traffic to make this happen and worked late into the evening. Most HVAC companies always make you feel like something is wrong that you have to fix, and you always have a feeling or worry that you're being taken advantage of. Josh went out of his way to explain things and ensure that he did everything he can to make the system work. I was very happy with his service and the end result. I actually signed up for one of their service maintenance plans after working with Josh due to the fact that his service was so excellent. I would highly recommend Integrity Comfort Systems to anybody who needs help with their AC or heating units. There's a lot of scam artist out there and this definitely was a company that was easy to work with and very trustworthy, living up to their name.
Josh was on time and quickly confirmed that there is no filter at the air handler. He also fixed a small leak on one of the ductwork hoses. Great service from the call to schedule to the work performed. I highly recommend this Integrity Comfort Systems.
Josh was a bright and knowledgeable of his work. I will be asking for him on any future work we might incur.

Awesome company. Mike was an awesome technician. Took the chance to explain what he was doing and why. Very knowledgeable about what he was doing. Had to have the (flux....!!!) Capacitor replaced.
Michael, of course, was beyond awesome when he worked so hard to design the new AC unit for our son's home. We so appreciated all that he did and the extraordinary effort during the installation to make it perfect.
Reliable air conditioning isn't just about comfort for your son, but it can be life saving for him when he has Asthma issues.
What truly makes a company great is the service post installation that we can count on. Josh has been wonderful. The first service with Josh was the regular service and a baffle adjustment. The second visit from Josh and Diego was to make another baffle adjustment for the primary bedroom to balance the temperature. We so appreciated their expertise and kindness. They both truly understand the medical necessity this system provides for our son.
