Diego and Josh came to my home to service my AC unit. They also checked my tankless water heater to make sure it was running properly. They were on time, had a wealth of knowledge, very kind, and honest. Integrity Comfort Systems also offers reasonable prices. This is the company you want to call for any and all HVAC needs.
We contacted Integrity Comfort Systems to do an annual maintenance on our heating and air system. We chose them because they were local, Yelp rating/reviews and the $89 tune up price.
Communication via text was perfect for us as we travel a lot. We were reminded of our appointment window time and were notified when the technician was on the way.
Troy was on time and seemed very competent. He performed maintenance and a tune up and made two recommendations. We asked for an estimate and are considering his recommendations.
My hubby doesn't trust a lot of people and he said and I quote "I trust Troy"

Really wonderful professional guys that spent the day installing 2 ductless mini splits in our home. That were always working and it was not an easy job. So I had an AC unit installed a month ago and I heard a little noise coming from the condenser called integrity comfort system and they sent out Diego and Josh who showed up right on time. Heard the noise and took care of it. Very happy.

What an amazing experience! I called spoke to Julie, she was so professional, polite and accommodating. I explained what was happening with my AC, she made an appointment for same day service. Mike came out the same day and inspected the severity. Super friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure my AC was safe to use until my diagnostic and maintenance appointment. Troy came out and completed the maintenance and diagnostic. Again very friendly and knowledgeable. Integrity Comfort really stands true to its name. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and made sure they let you know exactly what they did. The technicians kept everything clean and put anything they had to move back in its place.
