Integrity was the third place I called, and I chose them because they were willing to come out on Monday. [The fan on my HVAC unit stopped working on Saturday afternoon.] Steven diagnosed that it was the blower fan; he got the part and installed it the next day. He also cleaned the closet and made sure the unit was working before he left. Price was moderate at $1600, but it was better than getting a whole new unit.
Thorough and knowledgeable, prompt and pleasant. The price was reasonable compared to others who recommended ductwork, but knew less about what was needed. They were also quick to help with financing.
