I posted an initial review of the early process which was very positive, below is my review post-installation. All I can say is that my research and instinct paid off. HVACs are a big investment-much bigger than they were just 5 years ago so you want to make sure that you choose the right company. Integrity Comfort Systems is just that! Their prices are very competitive. They are much less expensive than the really large companies, but maybe not as cheap as the guy that is working independently and doesn't really have a company for you to call for regular maintenance, and doesn't seem knowledgeable or offer you different alternatives rather he just quotes you the cheapest unit. What I have learned from a lot of research is that installation is 80% of it. Don't stress out as much about the brand as who you choose to install it. Integrity Comfort Systems from start to finish was honest, professional, and very competent. From the initial consultation with Mike all the way to Jared who updated the electrical panel, everybody was very professional and did their job well. In between we had Tyler with his friendly smile bringing relief in the form of two portable ACs to use temporarily while we waited for the install. The installers Ivan, Andres, and Jaime all worked tirelessly over two days to install our two new units. However, What I find truly telling is what happens when something unexpected comes up and how a company handles it. We ran into a little hiccup during the final phase of the install as it related to the thermostat. There was an initial miscommunication so a last-minute adjustment had to be made. The company took full responsibility and made it right. These are the situations that truly distinguish a good company from a great company. If you need a new HVAC or a repair don't hesitate to call Integrity Comfort Systems– you will thank me!

All around excellent experience with Integrity Comfort Systems. I needed an entirely new system and everything from start to finish was handled professionally with excellent communication and customer service. The technician that installed the system was incredibly meticulous and ensured the areas were cleaned spotless at the end of every work day. I wish I had replaced the system earlier as it cools/heats my house very quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs.
Swapping out the old HVAC Split System with a new HVAC Heat Pump System was a large job. The entire day was devoted to removal, installing and starting the new system. They left the entire area clean inside and out.
From when I first contacted Mike at Integrity to the three-member installation crew, they were all so polite and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them for any of your Heating and Cooling needs.
We had an excellent experience with Christian, our HVAC technician. He arrived right on time for our scheduled appointment, was very friendly and professional, and took the time to listen as I explained the issues we were having with our AC.
Christian thoroughly inspected and diagnosed the system, and unfortunately, the conclusion was that our AC unit will need to be replaced. What I really appreciated was how he took the time to explain everything to me, including the technical details, in a way that I could understand. He even used his equipment to test the system and showed me the actual readings and data he collected so I could see for myself what was going on. I really respect that kind of transparency.
He recommended that we meet with a representative to go over replacement options, pricing, and estimates, and we already have that appointment scheduled for next Friday.
What impressed me even more was that after all the time he spent evaluating, testing, and explaining everything, there was no charge for the visit. Christian was honest, accommodating, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we were taken care of rather than simply trying to sell us something.
Thank you, Christian, for your honesty, professionalism, and friendly attitude. Even though finding out we need a new AC unit wasn't the news we were hoping for, you made the experience much easier and gave us confidence that we were getting an honest assessment. Highly recommended!
All the guys did a great job...in a timely manner and left everything neat...came when they said....
Troy came to diagnose and repair an issue of one room not getting airflow and he was brilliant. Found the issue almost immediately, repaired it swiftly and secured it solidly to avoid the issue happening again. He was very professional with a great attitude. Would highly recommend Integrity especially because of him.
