I had a nightmare installation done by bad contractors causing a brand new unit to breakdown with every error in the book. Diego did an excellent diagnosing the machine in 100+ degree weather. He was meticulous and went through every possible issue. Unfortunately the damage done caused the job to drag out but Diego continued working. I had a previous technician out from another company and even though I paid for their service it's clear that I should've gone with Integrity Comfort Systems to begin with. I highly recommend this company. Everything is inspected and documented and then very clearly explained to me so I could understand the journey we're now on. Great job. I will return should any other issues arise.

Diego was very thorough in describing the work to be done and the different levels of cleaning and maintenance plans. I flt I was getting a very good service for a fair price. He spent a lot of time completing his work.

Both Troy and Mike were excellent service techs regarding the issue with our air conditioner. Both were very methodic and they informed my husband and myself every step of the way on their progress, finally resolving the matter.
The job was done fast, the guy was helpful and friendly. However he forgot to update the thermostat service job completed and also enter your company information so you could also be notified of any issues. ????????? Call me if you want to go over.

this family business is amazing steven carrasco , julie pelton are so helpful. super customer service , fast response as well as fare price 's for there supreme service. i loved my experience so much i have them service all my locations for my family business bedder mattress plus i now use them at my grandmother's home i highly recommend
