Quick response
Made an appointment Monday night and they had the day booked but managed to squeeze me in, came out in the time scheduled with a text from the technician saying they were on their way. Once arrived he quickly told me I was low on refrigerant, which he then filled after the approval was given. Overall great service, punctual and quick. The only thing was, it was a little pricey, $350 for 2lbs of refrigerant…will I still use them in the future, of course. I'd personally rather pay a little more for someone to come out and get it done correctly and quick than incorrect or take forever.
