The nicest people come out to service our systems.
Steven the technician was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He came to give me a "free of charge" estimate of my Goodman furnace problem. I didn't received the estimate yet,-but strangely enough the furnace is working at this time.
Excellent experience doing business with Integrity! Initially called them for a repair, knowing that our existing 22+ year old system was going to need to replacement sooner than later, and I already did a fair amount of research in to companies and cost estimations before they arrived. The tech/rep that came out took the time to go over all the repair/replace options with minimal sales pressure so we ended up replacing everything.
The crew came out the next week and due to an inventory shortage installed a more efficient (and expensive) dual fuel heat pump system at no additional cost.
The install was not without hiccups, but the company made good on everything that was promised and we are very satisfied with the results.
Keep in mind that replacing an entire HVAC system IS NOT INEXPENSIVE, but there are only a few things in life where you cannot put a price on something that impacts your health, comfort and safety.
reached out to Integrity Comfort Systems, and they were able to send a technician the same day—within just a few hours—to check out my HVAC system. Troy called ahead when he was on his way, and once he arrived, he was incredibly helpful. He clearly explained why my gas furnace hadn't been running due to a potential safety hazard, and walked me through what needed to be done to fix the issue so our home could be safe and warm with winter approaching. They did not charge me a dime!
Great company, excellent service, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for skilled and dependable HVAC technicians.

Our Friends at Integrity are all great. They are helping us get all the life we can out of an old system. All the Technicians that have come out to make the repairs are knowledgeable and very friendly and speak clearly to what the issue is and always offer options. Thanks Nima & Steven! Nima was very thorough and patuent in explaining your service process he explained adding a protrct feature for AC unit I accepted discussed couple items which we wiuld address in May Svc visit
I just replace my air conditioning system with Integrity Comfort System. I am happy that I chose this company to replace my ac unit. I want to mention that I previously met with many air/ac companies who provided me quotes but for some reason, I was not convinced or trusted what they offered. From the time I called Integrity Comfort System to the completion of the project, the staff demonstrated an outstanding service, knowledge and transparency. I was impressed by Steven's knowledge, experience and professionalism. I felt confident to move forward with the installation because he explained to me in great detail what was involved in the installation process, price and warranties of the ac unit. It was a smooth process, not pushy at all, and nothing was hidden. I want also to thank the installation team, Jared, David and Mike for their excellent quality of work and professionalism.
