Ryan and crew came by on time and worked diligently until the job was done (One day install).
Michael, the sales rep. did a great, if not somewhat winded, explaination of the entire process and made sure the scheduled install was before the heat wave hit. Whew.
The communication was excellent and Julie in the office was quick to answer all my questions.
Looking forward to keeping cool this summer and getting my two years of free service.

The service technician, Gabriel was on time, knowledgeable and took care of our system. In addition, he identified possible problem areas for the future. I signed up to have Integrity Comfort service our HVAC for next season as well and have already recommended them to a friend.
This company was fantastic-honesty and integrity describe their tech Chris, who was also very knowledgeable but nice. Their office staff was polite and responsive and great to work with.
First we got a very fair evaluation of our problems then a reasonable quote.
Chris also did the work and was on-time, conscientious and respectful of our home, and did a thorough and great job.
Eric who came to service our ACs were great.
