In 2016 this business installed a new HVAC unit on our roof. Also, an updated wifi thermostat was installed. It's the end of 2020 and until last week no issues. If we'd had questions of the business since 2016, always prompt, friendly and professional service. This is a small business dedicated to their community with a keen understanding of what retains customers and why referrals are made. The company philosophy is prevalent from the owner to his service reps. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my HVAC business. Integrity Comfort Systems gets infinite stars.
Update 9/12/24. I look forward to seeing Chris every six months to service the system they installed. If you're not working with Kenny Dallas and his crew yet, you're missing out.
4/30/25. Seriously…is it possible to love doing business with someone? My tech today was Diego. Arrived on time, friendly, clean, chill and knew his stuff. He got right to work and let me know every step of the way what was going to happen. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need yet he was informative about reviewing options. Julie (she's the administrator of the office, schedule and knows her stuff. Friendly and treats you like family.). Oh what a nice surprise that James stopped by too! If you're not working with these guys, you're missing out on a great experience!

Technician was on schedule and easy to talk to. He was quick and efficient. His boss who had fixed my a/c 2 years ago gave me a good price to replace my furnace, ac and ducts. The technician has my ac running til they do the job next week. So far they're great.
We just switched to Integrity Comfort Systems and are very pleased! Steven Carrasco diagnosed a problem with the circuit board on our furnace. He was friendly, explained the problem well, and presented several options for us. We are happy to find a company that is honest, courteous, and takes pride in their work. Thank you!

WE HAD A TUNEUP ON OUR AIR CONDITIONG AND TROY WAS PUNCTUAL AND FRIENDLY. GAVE US INFO ON KEEPING OUR AIR CONDITIONER LAST LONGER. HAVE USED INTEGRITY COMFORT SYSTEMS BEFORE AND ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THEM.
