Integrity Comfort Systems was amazing! They worked fast and for a good price. Our heating system stopped working on one of the coldest nights. They immediately sent someone out to run a diagnostic. Alejandro was the one who helped us and he was amazing! They expedited our order for parts and he was back out in 24 hours to fix it so we wouldn't keep freezing! Thank you again so much!
UPDATE: We ended up enrolling in their family care plan thing(I forget what it is called), but it's where they come out to do maintenance twice a years, which has helped ensure our old system keeps running. Because we were so happy with them, we hired them to fix the disastrous duct work from previous owners and put in new insulation since we basically had none. While the job has taken a lot longer than initially planned, they have been kind, thoughtful, attentive, and communicative throughout the whole process. Mike, the main person running the project, knows we have a one year old and everytime they call to schedule to come back out to continue the job, he double checks that the team won't interfere with waking up our child or disrupting nap time. It's incredibly thoughtful. Shout out also to Oscar and Jared, who have been very nice and awesome to work with!

We've been dealing with issues for over a year and a home warranty that did the bare minimum (if you could call it even that). We scheduled an appointment with Integrity Comfort System with quick response. Alejandro came out and did full diagnostics, checked out system, ducting, out attic space. He gave us plenty of options to choose from. We tried replacing a few components to see if that changed anything and he offered to come out the next day with his supervisor Mike to run further diagnostics.
Fast forward to today, Mike & Alejandro came out, ran diagnostics and we ultimately opted to replace our system. The whole process has been really straightforward and easy going. No weird sales tactics and they understand/respect that this is your home.
Will update after our system has been replaced, I'm sure we will have no complaints. The pricing is also very reasonable and they provide you with a plenty of options with pros/cons.

Troy performed a very thorough preventative maintenance on our heating system. He previously maintained our AC system last summer. Troy was exceedingly knowledgeable and went through everything with me. We renewed for another year. Highly recommend.
Working with Integrity Comfort Systems has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. I first called them when I ran into an electrical issue after installing my new thermostat in my newly purchased home. Although all the correct wiring was in place, only two of the wires were functioning properly. They were incredibly responsive and quickly scheduled service.
From the beginning, I appreciated how efficient and professional they are. They always send a text when they're on their way, including the technician's name, which adds a great sense of trust and transparency.
The technician I've worked with most often, Troy King, has been exceptional. After resolving my thermostat wiring issue, I had to call Integrity Comfort Systems again when my HVAC system began leaking. He quickly identified the issue as a blockage and resolved it thoroughly—not just a quick fix, but a real solution.
What really stands out is the level of customer service. Every interaction has been professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. I genuinely feel like I'm in good hands with this company. Because of my experiences, I will continue to use Integrity Comfort Systems exclusively and confidently recommend them to others.
