Chris showed up and was very courteous and professional. He diagnosed the issue and sent us quotes via email so we can review with him as he showed pictures. He had to go through the attic and roof, which he did with no problem. He fixed our AC contactor in less than an hour and was gone. Super easy and seamless. He recommended some preventative things that he found on the roof and explained with pictures how a portion of our ac has fallen over and is upside down which is a huge hazard. He didn't push us to get it done but just wanted to let us know it needs to be fixed in the near future. Thanks Chris! We will be using them again soon.
Great experience from start to finish. Their scheduling system was easy and efficient, the team was professional and clearly knew what they were doing, and the new ducting turned out perfect. I really appreciated how smooth the whole process was and would absolutely recommend them.
