I called 4 different air services and Integrity Comfort Systems was the only one that picked up the phone. I had to leave messages for the other three. One eventually returned my call two hours later but it was too late by then I had moved forward with Integrity. In addition, throughout the next couple of days they answered my call every single time I called! My AC was not blowing cool air. Assessed the issue and gave me three different options.
