Today I had my air ducts cleaned and repair's to my heater. Before they started, they laid drop cloths over my wood floors and had coverings over their shoes. After they cleaned the ducts, they started on the repair. Jared and his helper were so mindful of keeping every thing clean. Before they arrived, Integrity sent me a picture of the Technician. They arrived on time, they explained everything about what they were doing. I highly recommend their workmanship and prices, I even got a Senior Discount, Thank you to Integrity Heating & Air Conditioning

Heater went out so I called a few places for estimates. Integrity Comfort Systems was the most reasonable after speaking to Mike the service technician who came over next day to check it out. Was quoted the best price & they were ready to do the job within the next 2 day's. Where other's were unbelievably expensive & couldn't do the job for over a week. This morning Jared & Emilio came over to install the new heater. They were so polite & very clean. They used drop cloths on the entry & stairs & wouldn't come in till they covered their shoes because of the downpour outside. They explained everything & were very efficient. Left the area spotless. I highly recommend you call Integrity Comfort Systems BEFORE you waste time with any other company. It's all in the name & they really do represent it.
I've been a regular customer for years and have always appreciated their professionalism. Yes, they will try to upsale, but they're not pushy.
Recently, they made a minor mistake during maintenance, but quickly returned to correct it no questions asked.
Worked with Steven. Great experience. Got my old worn out system working. Gave me a great price for a new system. And they're installing it tomarrow. The install went great. System is a massive improvement. The guys were great. I am very pleased. They cleaned up and explained the system to me. Five stars.

Steven came out and inspected both are roof AC units and gave us a detailed report. He took time to explain to us our options. We are very happy with the results and would use them again.
