During a HVAC maintenance with another company, we were told we needed to replace our system. We got estimates from three companies however Integrity Comfort Systems was a clear winner. They reinspected and confirmed the issues independently, provided clear explanations and options, didn't push units or additional services that would be overkill for our needs, provided a very reasonable estimate, and most importantly, executed a flawless, on-time, professional installation. Mike saw us through the entire process and was a consumate professional, super considerate, great communicator, and ensured top quality. The entire team was great. Very happy with the outcome and with Integrity Comfort Systems. Highly recommend!
The team was professional, friendly, and clean. They worked quickly and efficiently. The quote given was what we paid even though a few "got-chas" were identified and resolved all within the quoted install time/price! Troy performed a very thorough preventative maintenance on our heating system. He previously maintained our AC system last summer. Troy was exceedingly knowledgeable and went through everything with me. We renewed for another year. Highly recommend.
