I had service on two condos April 10, 2026. the service was excellent. I have used this company for many years and never had a problem. Employee is efficient. Always explains what is being done and gives report. I had new motor/fan installed as one of the units is extremely old. The work was done quickly. They always let you know when they can be expected at your door. I highly recommend Integrity to anyone looking for HVAC contract or emergency help.
Sometimes in life you get lucky and run into a business that still offers old fashioned service with honesty and Integrity. Integrity Comfort Systems is that company for me. From the moment I spoke to Nima B. I knew I had the right guy. The man is a problem solver with an unbelievable (can do) attitude. My wife has bad allergies so we decided to get new ducts in the attic. We started the work but before it got done I had to take my wife to the hospital. Nima personally went to my home and supervised everything while I took care of my wife. He then DROVE TO THE HOSPITAL just to introduce himself to me and pic up a payment. Honestly, who does that? I could have just paid over the phone. I WILL NEVET use anyone but him. Total class from this company. All the employees were clean and courteous, just an outstanding experience. Thank you for keeping the dream alive Nima.

Alejandro came for a service call to check out our system. There was a problem and needed work so I told him to just replace our old AC with new one. Alejandro was great. Very patient and explained everything.
They sent out an installation crew to install new one. Installers were great.

WE HAD A TUNEUP ON OUR AIR CONDITIONG AND CHRIS WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. GAVE US INFO ON KEEPING OUR AIR CONDITIONER LASTING LONGER. NEEDED A COMPRESSOR BESIDES OUR ROUTINE SERVICE. HAVE USED INTEGRITY COMFORT SYSTEMS BEFORE AND ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THEM.
We just switched to Integrity Comfort Systems and are very pleased! Steven Carrasco diagnosed a problem with the circuit board on our furnace. He was friendly, explained the problem well, and presented several options for us. We are happy to find a company that is honest, courteous, and takes pride in their work. Thank you!

Josh was a great technician who was very meticulous about every aspect of the A/C tune-up that he completed. It was a pleasure having Josh here to complete the service and I feel very confident that the A/C will be working perfectly until the next service. Thank you for thr excellent service.
