Troy came out to check out why my A/C wasn't cooling. He was very professional and let me know each step he took in trying to solve the issue. When he found the problem he called me to come and look at it and explained what had happened. He tried to repair the existing connection but was unable to do so. He came in and showed me a photo he had taken and described the measures he took in trying to repair it.
He told me he would be able to get the parts Monday and would set up another appointment time. He promptly emailed me an estimate for the repair.
Each time I have had Integrity Comfort Systems come out for repair or maintenance has been the same high quality professional and pleasant experience.

I had this company come out for an AC tune-up before summer. They were running a special, had great reviews, and I liked that they're a local business. Their communication was excellent -- they confirmed the appointment and sent text updates with the technician's arrival time.
Troy, the tech who came out, was fantastic. He was professional, friendly, and thorough. He inspected the system, cleaned the compressor coils, and ran a full test to make sure everything was working properly. I was very happy with the service.
This will definitely be my go-to HVAC company from now on!

I cannot say enough about Integrity. Confirmation of appointment, full details of install, and if the equipment would be immediately available for install. There were no secrets, no vagueness, full disclosure. The morning the guys arrived for the install. they were prompt, Friendly, thorough, and when they left, everything was immaculately cleaned. We had received two other estimates and theirs was lower than anyone else's, But the most important part was the peace of mind they gave us. From the moment they arrived until they left we are fully confident.
