Great technician. Stephen was thorough and explained all of the options and most importantly listened and understood our current situation helping us make the best decision. He also helped us understand our system and helped us anticipate and consider other maintenance repairs before they become more costly.

This company is amazing and has great prices. I have them work on all three of my locations for my company which is called better Mattress and the service my homes as well. They just finished a duct cleaning at my home in Mission Hills. Alejandro had amazing communication given that. I can happily report on the service and multiple interactions I have had with Integrity Comfort Systems. A little less than 1 year ago they installed 2 furnaces and a tankless water heater in my home. We had several different companies give estimates. Integrity's was not the cheapest, but Stephen Carrasco immediately made us feel comfortable and secure with choosing them. They have not failed to reward us for our choice. They have returned 2 or 3 times for check-ups and adjustments quickly and with no hesitation. I also remember Julie and Jared were extremely helpful. It is uncommon to be as happy as we are, but Integrity Comfort Systems was a great choice for our big job. They handled themselves with professionalism and great humanity. I would quickly call them for future needs and recommend them unreservedly to my friends and family.
It was a pleasure working with Nima Behshid, we've had several issues with our HVAC and it was refreshing to have someone who was knowledgeable and took the time to help me understand why things needed to be done. As a result of Behshid's wonderful customer service, we joined the membership promotion.
As always the technicians that work for Integrity Comfort Systems are stellar!! Troy came by and diagnosed my nightmare HVAC system and fully explained what was happening to cause the issues. Never using jargon and willing to repeat all the technical stuff no matter how many times I ask. I've used this company a couple times so far and they always deserve a shoutout due to how amazing they are. I have a nightmare house and they always bring excellent service!!
