Highly recommend! I cannot recommend Integrity Comfort Systems enough. Their name truly speaks everything - this company has true integrity! They came out and reviewed our situation and did not try to up sell me into a new system. To my surprise they instead first gave me options on how the prior system could still be used with a proper cleaning and such So that it could last longer.
But once we really talked it all through it clearly made sense to replace it rather than delay the inevitable and not once was I pressured.
The new system is fantastic; the pricing was very fair (we had another company bid as well) and the entire installation was VERY smooth. The install team were a pleasure to work with.
From the personal attention of owner Kenny; Mike who managed the installation and team; the crew through to Julie in the office - Everythng was installed timely and on schedule. The entire process has been a pure pleasure.
In addition - because the install took place during the Covid 19 "pandemic" they were as non-intrusive as possible and respectful of us being in the home while they worked as they adhered to all the recommended procedures (masks; gloves; social distancing; etc.).
Mike did a wonderful job in getting our AC unit running again. He was professional, informative and efficient! I would not hesitate in using Integrity Comfort Systems.

Julie at Integrity Systems was amazing in getting someone out to our home the same day recently when our AC went out. She was very understanding about the home being too hot to sleep comfortably and she rearranged her workers for someone to come in the evening. Very grateful. Workers were excellent and wore masks and maintained social distancing.
First hot day of 2020 that I needed AC. Wouldn't you know, no cool air. I called Integrity Comfort Systems and they sent a Tech that afternoon. Tech was able to repair and restore my AC to have functioning cool air on same day. Thank you Integrity Team ! I appreciate your help!
As a former installer myself . I spent months looking, reviews, getting estimates from different companies.

I have made friends for life with all these awesome people that helped me and my family have a new system that's going to give us comfort for many years to come ! What a great company! A great price for a new whole system. Awesome communication with them. These guys were very respectful and helpful when I asked questions. They were very cautious of the house, kept it cleaned and tidy wherever they were at in the house. The whole team at integrity comfort systems are very professional people to deal with.
