I was very pleased at the responsiveness, courtesy, and punctuality of this business and its services. The scope of the work was done shortly after my first call and had a finished working solution and new heater installations two days later.
These guys are not the cheapest, but I'd pay a little extra to get this level of communication, assurance, and quality of work every time. I definitely recommend this company and its services, they respond fast and do it right.

These guys are Great! Professional, polite, knowledgeable, and on time. This is the 3rd time that I have used them. They replaced our 32 year old heater, air conditioner, and thermostat for thousands less than our neighbors have paid. I would strongly recommend them!

I never write reviews, but this was such a great experience I felt I needed to. From the initial quote to the conclusion of my profect, I was completely satisfied with Integrity Comfort Systems. From the get go they worked to meet my budget and provided a package that well surpassed all the other quotes I received. The instation was done thoughtfully , keeping me in the loop at all times. The first night I wasn't home from work yet and my instraller, Chris, who couldn't get a hold of me, waited for over an hour to speak with me directly before leaving my house unattended. He also noticed some small drops of paint on my kitchen floor that I hadn't even noticed and made sure they were completely cleaned up. It was like my brother was installing my HVAC! From someone in the home Improvement business, believe me this company is top knotch!!! 10 stars for sure!
Mike and Julie were "AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL & HONEST" people to work with. The price was very reasonable and loved that they provided FREE diagnostic evaluations.
Mike took his time during the first visit and explained in thorough detail that needed to be addressed. With that said, all of our questions and concerns were definitely addressed.
All worth every penny spent and the final results was awesome!
