We have used Integrity twice and we very pleased with the experience we had. Rafael was very thorough and great at explaining what was going on. He was very prompt, personable and kept in contact while we were waiting for our parts. He had to deal with our warranty company, which is a pain in the butt because he had to wait on long hold times just to move forward the project, but always made sure it was done!
I highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely be calling them if I ever have any needs again.
We bought an air conditioning unit last year, and it has been working great. As promised when we purchased the unit, they came out today to service the equipment. Steven was on time, wore a mask (Covid), provided new filters and made sure all was in working order. I highly recommend Integrity Comfort Systems.
Steve the Techician was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and a definite asset to your company. He performed tasks that weren't originally thought necessary and was happy to accommodate and make sure the job was done thoroughly. We are very pleased.
They found problems I was not aware of and fixed them all for only an hourly labor charge all parts were covered.
