Had an HVAC problem for months. Had one company out multiple times, got different answers, different costs, unreliable. Was recommended to use Integrity from a friend. Staff was great to work with via phone. Tech came out solved the problem quickly. Truly reliable and personal service. I don't know how they ranged on price compared to others, but I didn't care because I finally had the answers I needed. They not only fixed the problem, but educated me on my system so I could know if future problems required service call or minor adjustments.
We had a heating problem on a very wrong day (Saturday night) , with a 2 yr baby at home and weather temp of 38, i was very desperate and called them, they sent a great technician within 4 hrs and he fixed my heating system, they are responsive and very professional

I was in need of having my furnace "fixed" as the Holiday was approaching and they delivered in time - the technician was extremely knowledgeable and explained what needed to done, and if the fix was not sufficient- then he could provide a replacement part if needed. It's been a few days and it's WORKING ??????????
Honest and truly great service with integrity! Replaced my thermostat about a year ago to smart one, and evidently did not properly install the W wire for the heat. After diagnosis, and remedy, Ken did not charge me for the service. I found this to be shocking, as I had no clue what the issue was and was at their mercy having no heat, and expecting a hefty repair bill. This type of honesty is rare in business today, and something well worth commenting on here for others to benefit from such an exceptional company. Thank you for the service, and you have repeat customer for life.
