Mike has come to our house on several calls, and is so kind. Always honest, clean, does a great job. Our AC wasn't blowing out cold air. I called the office in the evening, he came out right away, and fixed a charred wire in our system at no charge. Julie in the office is always helpful too. I highly recommend.

A rental property vacant for 2 years, new tenant move-in, AC was not turning on and Integrity came out right away even in 106 degree heat, technicians did their magic and the air was so cold, we had to put sweaters on!
I highly recommend Integrity Comfort systems! Mike came out to look at the issue and was honest and laid everything out without overly complicating things. Chris and his partner came out the following week and added a new duct/vent in a room that needed it. They noticed the A/C unit was shaking a bit and ordered a new blade that was under warranty. The cost was reasonable, everybody was very professional, and there was great communication. I love the text message appointment updates and confirmations!
Fast service. Their team was so kind and managed to get to us quickly during a heat wave and fixed the problem we were having.
They did a wonderful job. Delightful people too.
Mike was on time and very helpful. He fixed the leak in our A/C unit and will follow up with us in one month to make sure the problem is solved. He also went over other options for us in case the leak comes back. We're very happy with the quality of service received!
