We bought an air conditioning unit last year, and it has been working great. As promised when we purchased the unit, they came out today to service the equipment. Steven was on time, wore a mask (Covid), provided new filters and made sure all was in working order. I highly recommend Integrity Comfort Systems.
Steve the Techician was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and a definite asset to your company. He performed tasks that weren't originally thought necessary and was happy to accommodate and make sure the job was done thoroughly. We are very pleased.
They found problems I was not aware of and fixed them all for only an hourly labor charge all parts were covered.

We called late on a Friday afternoon, and Eric showed up the next day. He was professional, wore a mask the entire time, had shoe coverings when he walked into the house, and explained everything to us with a few tips moving forward. Thank you Integrity (and Eric) for doing some great work today!

Met with the service technician Michael for the first time to provide a second opinion. He explained to me in detail how he was going to diagnose my problem with my AC unit. I felt very comfortable with him and the way he described my problem. If it wasn't for his honesty and integrity I might have had my whole AC unit replaced by the previous company at a cost of thousands of dollars more. I am very happy with Michael and his company and have already signed up for the maintenance package they offer. I would definitely tell all my friends about the great experience I had with the entire process from the first phone call to my house be cool and comfortable.
