I highly recommend Integrity Comfort Systems!!! Our AC went out and Kenny was available the same day I called - which I can't say for the many other companies I tried calling before Integrity. He figured out the issue and gave me some money saving options. Super nice guy, knowledgable, and I will definitely refer anyone I know to him. Oh, and he even brought his own shoe covers which is a SUPER PLUS in my book since we are a no-shoes home! Thank you Kenny for your help today!!!

Integrity Comfort System really live up to their name. Chris and James did a FULL heating and AC install from scratch in my home in only 3 days and i couldn't be happier with their quality of work. If i could give 10 stars i would. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone seeking heating and air.
Mike came out to our new home before escrow even closed and checked the entire system for no charge! Once we moved in Chris came out and completely serviced the system and installed new filters, which looked like they've never been done! I'm sure we will be breathing easier and our system will work more efficiently now! Polite, on time, careful care of our property and great service!! Highly recommend them!

After contacting several local HVAC companies, my wife and I recently hired Integrity Comfort Systems in Simi Valley to install a completely new heating and air conditioning system in our home. The other companies were far more expensive for comparable systems, which included all new registers and ducting, as well as a new thermostat, condenser, and a forced air unit (FAU).
We are VERY pleased with not only the product, but also the workmanship AND responsiveness of Integrity. The crew was neat and clean, even when removing the old ducting from the hot and dirty attic. Chris was very helpful when he promptly returned to our home to adjust the air flow to our liking (he had to crawl into the attic to do this). Kenny was also very patient when I called to get more information on the operation of the new wireless digital thermostat, a very cool device which allows me to control the thermostat remotely via an app on my cell phone.
I don't remember everyone's name, but this company and crew are Top Notch, and I would highly recommend their service(s).
Lastly, we've been using the new a/c system since Aug2018 (which included several heat waves) MUCH more than our previous system (installed in 1981). We much more comfortable and not afraid to run the system all day because our electric bill has decreased due to the efficiency of the new system.
