Steven came out today to install the venting above my stove. I am so comfortable having this company come to my home confident that the job will be done professionally and correct...no question. After scheduling, I received a text confirming the appointment and then another text that the technician was on his way with a professional photo so that I know who to expect at my door. A total 10+++ for me. Kenny, the owner, and his brother have certainly done a great job building this company.
Christian was so nice and professional and informative. He went above and beyond answering all of my questions. Also Julie was fast and responsive on scheduling me as soon as possible.
My AC went out during a heat wave, and they were able to send someone right away. The technician was knowledgeable and a super nice guy. I've used Integrity for a few years now and they never disappoint.
