Steven was friendly, knowledgeable, timely and was able to diagnose the issue with our A/C, explain what was wrong, and fix it at a great rate. I am very pleased with Integrity Comfort Systems! I dealt with Kenny and Chris directly, but the whole crew was very professional from start to finish. They showed up on time, prepped the house and performed good work. They tested all the equipment to make sure everything was fully functional and cleaned up after themselves. Much appreciated and would highly recommend ICS.

I am a HERS Rater and have tested many homes that Integrity Comfort has installed Air Conditioning and heating equipment. Their work is excellent and have passed all tests.
Obviously I am not alone with my 5-star rating, as there are 200+ other 5-star ratings at the time of writing this.
Communicative, polite, on-time, professional, clean - everything you want when dealing with any service provider.
I had a commercial job that was a little complicated - removing old ducts and reconfiguring a new layout with new ducts, all above a drop-ceiling grid that had to stay in place.
Other companies (that claimed they did commercial) didn't want to bid once they heard the job. But Integrity Comfort Systems came through and knocked it out of the park and didn't even need a huge crew to get it done.
I think we found our new HVAC people from here on out.
