We had Integrity install 2 new wall heat pumps for our condo, the service was great and they finished the job faster than stated. Prices were great and the new systems have reduced our electricity bill by more than 25%. Thank you for the great service!
"THE BEST OF THE BEST"
After having two companies give us quotes for complete change out of our 40 year A/C heating system, I called Integrity Comfort Systems which I found on Yelp. Chris came out and did an evaluation of our existing systems. I requested he return a second time so I could verify the real age and maker of our original equipment. They even went so far to design my ducting system to make sure it was correct. As a contractor myself I was more than impressed with the entire company. I have to add that even the manager Julie came out to introuduce herself and make sure that everything was going as planned. If there was a 10 amount of stars I would be more than happy to rate Integrity Comfort Systems with them.
I am so impressed by the service. Christian was so helpful and answered all my questions. He took time to ensure that all of the equipment was operating properly.

Mike at Integrity comfort support has been incredible to work with. They are very knowledgeable, reliable and honest. My husband and I had actually met with Mike back in July. We had decided to hold off and see if we could make it till the end of summer with our old HVAC.
That did not end up happening and we knew exactly who we wanted to contact. Mike and his team were able to fit us in right before we left on our trip.
Jared and Ryan installed our new HVAC and they were extremely professional and clean. We also have a condo and do not have the most easy access to the roof. They made it work and everything was completed on time.

I don't think I've ever had a business go quite as above and beyond to help me as Integrity Comfort Systems has. I am a new customer and over the last two months I've had to call them for my air conditioner breaking down three times, of course all during really hot weather when they're super busy. They managed to squeeze me in every time so that I would be seen either the same day or by the next day. They even texted me after business hours when they saw I had booked an online appointment in 2 days to let me know they could fit me in the next day. I very much appreciated that their initial assessment of the problem is free. I also loved their quick and clear communication including sending an ETA for the technician's arrival along with their name and photo.
The first repair their technician Chris did was a really reasonable cost and was able to be completed the same day. The second time they came out the estimate seemed high, so I decided to see if I could get the repair done elsewhere. I was really impressed when I got a call the next day from Mike at Integrity apologizing that there had been a mistake in the estimate making it higher than it should've been and offering to send me a new estimate that was much more reasonable. In the meantime, I already had the repair done but something was off and my AC still wasn't working correctly. I called Integrity back out the 3rd time since they are the best, and they were willing to come out again even though I hadn't had them do the latest repair. My technician Steven was amazing. He was able to quickly assess the issue and make a fast, simple correction of the wire at no charge that got my AC up and running again instantly. I can't tell you how blessed I was by this and by Integrity's above and beyond service during a season of my life that has been incredibly difficult in many ways.
I absolutely recommend Integrity to anyone looking for HVAC service or replacement, you will not regret your decision. The cost of their services is competitive, but when you consider the outstanding quality of their work and customer service, you are getting an amazing deal!
