Steven was great! We just moved in and saw the number for Integrity on the furnace. We called and they sent out a technician. Steven was efficient and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it within an hour. Better yet, there was no charge at the end. I would recommend this company and Steven to anyone needing HVAC help.
Speedy response. Free same day diagnosis. Thorough, reasonably priced, great customer service. All the service men who came over were great. Specifically, Chris' kickass long blonde curly hair grew instant rapport and came off as very professional. I absolutely highly recommend them and will use them again for all my HVAC needs!
This was the only company that I contacted that was able to come that same day to fix our air conditioning unit. There were updates on times of arrival via text, and the technician came in the earlier side of the time window. They communicated with my landlord directly. He had to leave while we we're waiting for the landlords final approval to complete the job, and he thought he may have to come back the next day to finish, but he ended up coming back that same evening and got our unit up and running! We are very grateful and pleased with a his professionalism and understanding on a hot 98 degree day! Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with Integrity Comfort Systems! I dealt with Kenny and Chris directly, but the whole crew was very professional from start to finish. They showed up on time, prepped the house and performed good work. They tested all the equipment to make sure everything was fully functional and cleaned up after themselves. Much appreciated and would highly recommend ICS.
