This company was Fabulous!! They were totally professional, prompt, polite, and helpful in answering all my questions! They were on time every day, worked diligently all day for three days, each day leaving the house perfectly clean. They answered my questions thoroughly and even gave me a phone number to call if I had any problems. I had been dreading " the inconvenience" but there was NONE! This was a seamless event! Michael, the company representative, was informative, helpful , and expert in every way! I couldn't recommend them more highly!!
our heater stopped Our service technician showed up on time, and diagnosed the problem. He had to order parts, but he was able to effect a tomporary repair. So, we had heat again until the part came in. The part came in in two days, and the technician returnd at the appointment time and completed the repair.
