Always a great experience with Integrity Comfort Systems. They have been my go-to HVAC contractor for many years and have always provided honest and reliable service.
I was told by my previous maintenance company, Service Champions, that my HVAC system needed $2000 worth of repairs, was a money pit and should be replaced at a cost of $32,000! Ridiculous! I made an appointment with Integrity Comfort Systems and they sent out Troy to check my system. Troy did his inspection, showed me what he found and clearly explained everything to me. He found absolutely nothing wrong with my HVAC system!!! I am signing on with Integrity Comfort Systems as I feel they really do have integrity! I feel I can trust them to care for my system and give an honest opinion when it comes to repairs or replacement. If I could give them 10 stars I would!
The job consisted of replacing an HVAC unit and adding a mini split unit. Work was done quickly and the technicians assigned to this work were professional.

Eric arrived the promptly. Texted first. I texted photos of the issue & location so we could set up social distancing. He wore a mask, gloves & booties. Fixed our a/c issue on our first warm weekend! I was so pleased that I signed up for their seasonal maintenance program!
Wow great price- excellent communication - super responsive and on top of the appointment. Considering the heat they came out pretty quickly. No fee to come out is what initially sold me and the price they quoted to replace my condenser motor was great! Thank you!

So far, I am satisfied with the service from both gentlemen who came to explain what needed to be done and the cost, which was very reasonable. I have an appointment for Saturday. I will post again after the job is done
