Had a collapsed HVAC Return Duct and had forgotten about it until the first heat wave of summer hit.
Called around in a panic to find someone who could come out ASAP.
Not only did Integrity get me someone the next day, they had the right parts delivered to the technician only 30m after his initial evaluation and a few hours later I was back up and running.
Best part? They were by far the least expensive of 4 different quotes I got as well.
Trying to schedule them now to come back out and resolve some less time sensitive issues with another AC unit on the other side of my home.

Chris from integrity came by to troubleshoot our A/C system. He came on time and was very professional. We knew our system was old and needed replacement and Chris walked us through all our options. We've used Integrity before and they are great to work with and you can count on their honesty and fairness
Chris was very professional , kind and courteous . He wore mask and booties coming to check my AC . He was very nice explaining what he was doing and his findings . Checked everything and gave me appropriate recommendations . He answered all my questions without being rushed . Very honest and has integrity . I would definitely recommend him and his company to my family and friends . He definitely an asset to his company .

Chris came out to do inspections on our A/C system since it wasn't cooling. Results showed that it was possibly a leak. He gave his recommendations and answered all our questions and concerns. Also very promptly gave quotes for all available fix options. Since this was just for initial inspection, it was free of charge. Highly recommended! (Will update review if we move forward with an actual fix.)
Integrity provided a complete A/C and heating system for my home. It was well priced and completely met our needs. The salesman was super, professional and a real nice guy to boot. The install team was professional, polite and did great work. I never had a team like Integrity make a large purchase so easy and who did their work so well. I would never hesitate to endorse them to anyone looking for their services. A truly great team, and a truly great job!

I'm beyond impressed with the level of service I received. I had two other companies come out before to service the unit and the level of service from Integrity technician was exceptional. He was very helpful, patient and explained everything throughly on the first visit and when they came to do the job. They were very professional and left the unit and area they worked in very clean.
Mike Di Nallo is so great to work with! Anytime I need service I typically am in a high stress situation. He saved many events at my venue over the years. Kudos Mike and the entire Integrity Team!
