Had an A/C system break down on the hottest day of the year at my 90 year old inlaws house. Called four local repair companies. Integrity was the only one that picked up. Dee listened to my problem and told me she'd do her best to get me help before the day was done. Sure enough Steven arrived, found the problem, told us the cost up front, fixed it, and my inlaws were cooling down before sun down. Thank-you Integrity. The other three companies have yet to respond to my messages left on their machines. Will call Integrity again in a heartbeat, if I have a problem. Forget the other guys.
During a record heat wave our A/C blew a fuse and Integrity was out first thing to get us up and running again. Our technician Chris provided excellent service and was an outstanding pleasure. We are very grateful.
From the initial estimate, Integrity was the most professional and knowledgeable about replacing our HVAC unit. All of the details were broken down and I knew exactly what I was getting into.
The scheduling software was impressive as well. I was notified when the crew was arriving on the first day as well as all the communication during the job.
As for the installation crew, they were terrific. On the first day, they laid out walking cloths over our flooring from the front door, up the stairs and into our closet to the attic access. Each day, everything was picked up as if they were never there. Each member was very polite and professional.
The whole process was without any stress on our side. The units were installed nice and clean with all of the wiring taped and wrapped.
I would have no hesitation in referring Integrity to anyone.

Great customer service! Constant communication about when they would arrive, and arrived right on time! The guys were all so nice and considerate of our home. Worked very hard in very hot conditions, did a great job and cleaned EVERYTHING before they left at the end of the day!

From Juli , the office manager who is always helpful and speaks so clearly that most of the details are accomplished on the phone. To Chris Spalding the lead technician. who knows more about air conditioning than any five techs put together. All with the utmost politeness and INTEGRITY!!

Dee and Steve were both fantastic and extremely professional. Kept me in the loop with texts and phone calls, consistently. Provided location and updates, regarding scheduled appointment. Upon arrival, Steve was very professional and patient, answering all of my questions and offering an education on all things HVAC, as well as providing a repair quote, prior to his departure from my residence. We had to have a new AC system installed and had a tech come out (Steve) and he was different then most of the other companies who were somewhat pushy. He was very polite and gave us several options and he also explained everything from how the system works to all the parts. They also have financing with no interest for 48 months which we needed. The Techs were also professional and very courteous they did a great job. I would definitely recommend them to others.
