Troy came to my house for a maintenance appointment and solved the problem of the ducting in the back of our home in all of 30 seconds. He was prompt, professional and friendly. I'd highly recommend Troy and ICS to anyone in need of an HVAC professional during this hot summer!

Integrity really came through for us! It was 100 on a Thursday and our AC stopped working. Two other companies promised, but never showed up. So now it's Saturday morning and I called Integrity. Amazingly, they called back and scheduled a visit for the same day. Troy showed up an hour early (!) and quickly diagnosed the problem and proceeded to start repairs. He was done in under an hour and stuck around to make sure everything worked and continued to work. I highly recommend this company.

Got an appointment fairly quick. Mike was on time, very informative, and helpful. we had a leak and he found and repaired it and refilled the refrigerant. AC was back and running great the same day.

Very professional! They showed up early. They did exactly what they said they would do and did great work. I am happy with the service.
These guys definitely have Integrity! I've had tons of people come out for my AC and all of them said something different. These guys were no exception (lol), but for once what they said actually made sense. They really helped me unravel the mystery. Then they fixed it! Everything his humming along nicely now!
Some things they did that stood out:
- Like I kind of say above, the technician took a lot of time to explain to me exactly what was wrong and exactly what they were going to do. He was very patient and it was clearly very important to him that I knew what I was buying and I was confident in my decision to go with them.
- They clearly took a lot of pride in their work. They had to make this custom plenum thing and this custom box thing for it to sit on top of. Everything was done carefully. They were VERY excited to show me what they did. It was clear, both from looking at the thing and from talking to them that they took it very seriously.
- They respected the price they quoted. I chose a cheaper option, but on the day of the install they didn't have that in stock; they only had a more expensive option. They gave me the more expensive one for the same price.
- They were very prompt. I had no cold air on Saturday and they came and installed a whole new system for me on Monday.
- They were respectful of my home. They made sure the doors were closed so the cats wouldn't get out. They cleaned everything up.
- They picked up the phone and answered my questions and addressed my concerns after the work was done.
Everything about the experience (other than when I paid, which was painful, but I got a whole new system so it wasn't unreasonably high) was terrific.
