I had my old A/C ducts replaced with new R6 ducts in my condominium. I felt very comfortable with the process from start to finish. It all started with Michael doing a walk around inspection and estimate. Julie coordinated the appointment to accommodate my work schedule. Chris then sent me a communication text in advance to confirm appointment day and time he would be arriving on site to do the work. Chris arrived on time with his partner Jerrod to complete the work. They were both professional and friendly and did a clean job. My A/C is now cranking better than ever, with air distribution throughout! Had problems setting up my ecobee . Didn't work. Tried hooking up my old thermostat and that didn't work even though it worked fine before. Long story short I had a blown fuse on the circuit board of the system. Integrity fixed it . Put a new fuse . Wired the hvac correctly and walked me through wiring my ecobee. When I asked how much. Nothing he said. I was stunned. Talk about fantastic customer service. They have 1000% earned my business for anything related to my hvac . One doesn't see businesses with such honesty and integrity anymore. I am truly amazed . I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you.
