Integrity was very friendly, responsive and was able to fit us in a busy schedule. I never had to reach out to them and was told about options about fixing the problem. I'm very happy with my service and will you them for all future maintenance.
This is the best HVAC company I have ever encountered. I had 2 prior HVAC companies inspect and misdiagnose, (intentionally I believe) my older furnace's issue prior to the technician Christian from Integrity Comfort Systems. It was a relief to finally get someone, honest and professional who took the time to properly diagnose the issue. I will never use another HVAC company. Integrity is the best. There are a lot of dishonest techs out there that will give you bad information about your furnace/ HVAC system. So much so that I literally picked "Integrity" Comfort Systems due to their name first and second by their reviews. Save yourself the headaches… Call Integrity first, not last. You can not go wrong with them.

They gave us an estimate. Appointment times was scheduled very quickly and they arrived on time. Quote was easy to read and emailed to me with all details and several options to choose from. We ended up not using them as a friend was able to complete the 'fix' but would use next time for sure.
We had an appointment set up for today as part of our service plan. The appointment was confirmed this morning and Mike from Integrity messaged us 30 minutes before arrival. He checked everything to make sure our system was in the best working order it could be (especially in this heat). I highly recommend Mike and Integrity Comfort Systems for all your a/c and heating needs.

Chris was so patient and great to work with. We figured out the issue pretty quickly thanks to him and then the rest of the time was spent testing. I will definitely use you guys again and tell my family to use you guys as well.
Giovanni came out on the date and time scheduled. He was professional and thorough and did not try to upsell me but did bring my attention to a few areas of concern. Great overall experience and I will definitely use them again.
