I called on Friday night during this horrific hot windy weather because my air conditioner went out.. my A/C Company that I use came out earlier that day and I was told "it's Friday I can't do anything until Monday or Tuesday". So I had to turn to Google for a local HVAC company, and thats how I found Integrety..I happen to have MS and the heat is extremely draining on me.
From my initial contact with Julie, who was caring and went the extra mile to make sure that the supplier would be open so they could do my job on Saturday morning to Mike, my salesman. It was a matter of hours NOT DAYS, (on a Friday NIGHT) That Mike was on my doorstep performing a thorough investigation and making sure he got me the best possible price to replace my Air and heating units. To the extremely clean, friendly and competent installers, Chris, Sam and one more (I didn't get his name) and guess who else, Mike my wonderful salesman/technician.
I couldn't be happier with the commitment and pride they showed in there work. With smiles all around. Oh and my house is cool as can be with suggestions of a little upgrade by Mike (without being pushy) that definitely made a difference. I Manage a business myself and I have never seen another business that cares like we do until now. Thank you to all of you!!!!!

They did an amazing job. They work hard and get the job done with quality. They are respectful of your home and protecting your floors, etc. I am glad I got it right for once as it is very hard to find legitimate companies to do quality work. The AC went out and they came right away and fixed it.
If you're looking for A/C service or repair, these guys are the ultimate. What a class act!
