I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of ICS. They responded and completed repairs very quickly. I was getting pretty tired of "local" HVAC installers that appear to be 5 star yet have a slew of 1-star reviews. Each one I called had completely random agents answering, and somehow it's the same one HVAC vendor calling me back.
Fortunately, Integrity Comfort Systems is a family owned establishment that does not rely on fake reviews on fake google storefronts to stay in business. Only one of three people will be answering the phones, night and day, and one of them is the owner.
In West LA? Not a problem, they will show up on time, and communicate with rapid turnaround should anything be amiss. Pricier than the 'competition'? They will patiently explain for multiple hours to talk you through any big purchase decision. Steven spent an hour in the sun on my rooftop explaining to me the condition of my condenser unit, how it was salvageable, if I replaced my air handler, but not ideal for the new refrigerants being used. Then another hour on the phone, when I had a different offer for a seemingly cheaper, more efficient unit from the competitor, explaining to me at just the right technical level why the other unit would very likely not perform as expected.
My installation team Andrew, Adolfo and Ruben worked non stop throughout the entire day to get my unit installed, and turned my previously grimy HVAC enclosure into a shiny space ship by the end of the day.
