Had an issue with my heating unit. I called integrity and they responded same day. As it turned out one of the part that failed was one that the manufacturer had redesigned and was available in another city. Eliado the service technician drove down to pick it up and my unit was back up and running the same day. .
Service was timely and great! They worked from 800AM - 800PM for installing a new HVAC system in the house, wished that they had finished by 500PM
