Thank you guys for the service @ Integrity Comfort!! We installed a brand new hvac unit. Our technicians Kenny, Mike and their crew members could not have been more professional, courteous, neat and knowledgeable. They went beyond our expectations. I would strongly recommend using them. Mike and the integrity Comfort System team. Were extremely professional, on time, gave me a great deal. Best was the 10 yr warranty for labor. Would recommend to anyone who want a no hassle and professional job done.
The dreaded day came, when we started to notice issues with both units. I reached out to Integrity Comfort Systems to have someone come out and look at the old units that were 30+ years old. Mike came out to our house and was very patient explaining the different options that would work. He worked with our time frame with the installation and also helped us with trouble shooting some issues with our in slab duck work. We couldn't have done it without him. I highly recommend Mike his team, I really feel like we got the best of the best!
We called the company that installed our unit and found out that they were out of business but Integrity had taken over. Our air was not working and when we called they were so nice and accommodating and was willing to get someone out right away. We were going to be gone so scheduled a couple days later. The young man Eric that came was so nice and on time. He found the issue and fixed it right away. He was also very helpful and accommodating. He checked and cleaned the unit. They gave us a free ck up and when they return we are going to sign up for the yearly maintenance. We are very happy with them and will use them for our air/heating unit service and repair. We highly recommend this company based on this experience.

Front to back, we are very satisfied with our experience with Integrity Comfort Systems.Julie booked us our sales & service appts and kept me apprised of everything as needed. Steven was very knowledgeable and didn't hard sell me--purchasing a whole new HVAC system was an unexpected, costly expense, but was really a no-brainer given the age and intermittent issues we'd been having with our system. Also, with rising prices in 2023 and forecasted to go higher next year, it made sense to replace now, especially since we'd paid a couple of thousand $$ last year (our first year owning this house) attempting to repair the system (& were told the same thing re cost spike by those other technicians). Andrew had a lot of challenges with our attic, including discovery of asbestos, which we had to remediate first with their excellent abatement subcontractor, Ron. Also, our attic was oddly drywalled off above room additions so they had to deal with creating access to closed off areas as well as access the attic through a small opening located in a clothes closet(!). Despite the attic challenges and rainy weather, Andrew & team got it done perfectly, courteously and tidied up, taking all the trash with them. Everyone was courteous and we are happy with their performance and our new system, which is responsive, quiet & energy efficient (last August utility bill was over $700!), predicting utility savings to help offset cost of new system.
Steven performed preventative maintenance on our system. He is always professional, courteous and informative.
Integrity Comfort Systems is the absolute most professional company I've ever done business with. Their crew showed up in three separate vehicles at the scheduled time on the dot (actually 5 minutes prior)! Their business interface always lets you know where things are in the process, and the HVAC install was flawless. The crew covered the flooring and were respectful and courteous. They also cleaned up the workspace and even some of my stuff leaving the place spotless. Mike was so great at explaining things and making us feel at ease with our decision to move forward with the project. This is a five star company that delivers five star service. Most importantly, my heating and cooling system works with zero issues. Don't waste your time or money elsewhere. Thank you ICS!
