First off, it's all in their name: Integrity Comfort Systems. Kenny and the rest of the employees are sincerely and entirely trustworthy and dedicated to providing first-rate service. No gimmicks, no upselling, no nonsense. I had them install two 4-ton systems complete with furnaces and new ductwork. They also installed air purifiers and a provide a two-year service plan keeps the systems running smoothly. Any time I have a concern, they promptly respond and resolve the issue.
**Covid Review: The folks come in with masks, shoe covers and leave the area clean (and in most cases, cleaner)! I appreciate that they take seriously precautions and protocols during these times. All around, from the office to the boys on the trucks, 100% superb!!
I have recommended Integrity multiple times and so my reputation is also carried by these professionals! They've never let me down! I'm glad there is at least one service that I don't have to worry about. Thanks to all the folks at Integrity!

This is my second review for Integrity Comfort. This comes post-work being done. The team that came to service our house was top notch. Andrew, the lead installer and his guys were here for 3 days. They were always on time, extremely kind and thoughtful, answered any questions we had and never made us worry about a thing. Erik also came by the following day to ensure our water heater was back on and functioning. He was super kind and attentive and solved our problem quickly. There are some small finishing touches that remain but Julie and her team are on top of it and I know we'll be wrapping up everything asap. Another two thumps up for everyone at Integrity for taking the best care of us and showing empathy, kindness and being real reachable humans.
We recently used Integrity to completely replace a 33-year old, dual compressor and dual furnace system with 2 larger compressors, 2 heat pumps, new ductwork and registers.
We got quotes from 4 other companies and found the pricing to vary wildly, and most of them were sketchy or downright unprofessional.
Mike at Integrity was *fantastic*. He spent at least 2 hours during the initial visit scoping out the project and discussing options and even uncovering issues the other 4 companies missed!
Jared and his crew alerted us 30-40 minutes prior to their arrival everyday, and were on time during the 3 days they were here (~9am - 5pm), They also wore shoe covers when indoors, and cleaned at the end of every day.
Their pricing was consistent with other quotes. They weren't the lowest price, but they were far from the highest. We're happy with Integrity and have zero complaints.
