AC unit was very dirty from recent yard construction. They worked hard to clean it. Very good job
I hired Integrity Comfort Systems to rip out my ancient garage based HVAC system & replace it with an attic based two zone, two cycle system. Our second floor was always too hot, while the first floor was freezing and my summer electric bill was always a killer. I selected Integrity because they are a relatively small team with obvious talent & expertise. The bigger companies boast of having 20 to 30 installers, but good luck finding top tier installers across a team that large. I'm sure they have a few, but who knows which of their install crews will show up to do the work. When Mike came out to sell me the system, I was blown away by his knowledge & professionalism for him being a relatively young guy. When I asked him about it, he said he worked his way up through the ranks as an installer. This hands-in experience really shows when he's configuring the system to create an estimate. If you're looking for a new or upgraded HVAC system, do your due diligence and get competing estimates, but at the end of the day, if you go with one of the 300 pound gorilla installers, I guarantee you'll regret it. And I rarely, if ever, write reviews, but these guys deserve the time I'm taking to write this.
Very professional and always on time or if they will be late I will receive a text message letting me know! Alex went above and beyond to make sure my air conditioner was in prime shape for the summer!
During a routine servicing call the technicians found my cooling system wasn't working properly. I had a broken wire in the conduit running to my outside unit. They were able to troubleshoot the problem and fix it right away, before the summer heat started up. I am very grateful

Great job replacing the contactor on the compressor and transformer in the air handler. Came out the next day and just a bit early. Got notice on my phone and he fixed the AC on the spot. Had the parts on the truck. Great job.
