Chris S was our technician and he arrived on time. He explained what the maintenance was going to be and gave us the website to purchase filters for the air returns. He was very informative, professional, and courteous.
Steven did a great job diagnosing the problem, checking for warranty coverage, inspecting the whole system, and offering a range of options to solve the problem(s). Very much appreciated! He went on, after parts arrived, to fix it, clean up some other minor issues, and have us back in business on time. Well done!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Integrity Comfort Systems for the installation of a new AC minisplit, and I must say that I am extremely satisfied with their service.
Firstly, I would like to commend Ryan and his crew. They were punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Ryan took the time to explain the entire installation process, answering all of my questions patiently and thoroughly.

Chris solved the first & foremost problem, and got the A/C working like new. The second problem he tried his best to solve with the smart thermostat. He will need to research that further with his network of professionals, and return afterwards. Chris & Integrity Comfort are professionals, kind, & do their best.

Integrity replaced my hvac ducts. The entire Integrity team I worked with (Julie, Michael, Oscar, Jared) was outstanding.
Julie was very responsive with scheduling the work.
Michael was very professional and knowledgeable during the estimate visit. He answered all my questions and suggested useful modifications to enhance the airflow.
Jared and Oscar designed the new ductwork, removed the old ductwork in a cleanly manner and ensured the new ducts were installed properly and all the punch list items were completed at the end of the job.
I highly recommend this company.
Kenny helped us out a lot when we couldn't find anyone to repair our air conditioner which was under warranty and not working for 10 days. He was able to acquire the necessary compressor and have a crew out to install it. The crew was on time, very polite and able to give us cool air in only a couple of hours. we are very grateful to Integrity for their help.

Chris is amazing! He came to the rescue and fixed our separated air duct so we are no longer cooling the attic. Our air conditioner is running more efficiently now that the filters are changed. Integrity is a company that listens to their clients. I just wish that all of the technicians were as skilled as Chris and Mike.
