So I had an AC unit installed a month ago and I heard a little noise coming from the condenser called integrity comfort system and they sent out Diego and Josh who showed up right on time. Heard the noise and took care of it. Very happy.
Integrity was the third place I called, and I chose them because they were willing to come out on Monday. [The fan on my HVAC unit stopped working on Saturday afternoon.] Steven diagnosed that it was the blower fan; he got the part and installed it the next day. He also cleaned the closet and made sure the unit was working before he left. Price was moderate at $1600, but it was better than getting a whole new unit.
Thorough and knowledgeable, prompt and pleasant. The price was reasonable compared to others who recommended ductwork, but knew less about what was needed. They were also quick to help with financing.
Carlos who did the service was great. He was very professional and thorough. He communicated things to me well at the end of the service. He offered me a promotion to renew my service plan, which I accepted right away. I highly recommend this company to handle your HVAC system needs.

Troy was very nice and very efficient. He did a great job.
Made an appointment Monday night and they had the day booked but managed to squeeze me in, came out in the time scheduled with a text from the technician saying they were on their way. Once arrived he quickly told me I was low on refrigerant, which he then filled after the approval was given. Overall great service, punctual and quick. The only thing was, it was a little pricey, $350 for 2lbs of refrigerant…will I still use them in the future, of course. I'd personally rather pay a little more for someone to come out and get it done correctly and quick than incorrect or take forever.
