Both Troy and Mike were excellent service techs regarding the issue with our air conditioner. Both were very methodic and they informed my husband and myself every step of the way on their progress, finally resolving the matter.
The job was done fast, the guy was helpful and friendly. However he forgot to update the thermostat service job completed and also enter your company information so you could also be notified of any issues. ????????? Call me if you want to go over.

We had an appointment set up for today as part of our service plan. The appointment was confirmed this morning and Mike from Integrity messaged us 30 minutes before arrival. He checked everything to make sure our system was in the best working order it could be (especially in this heat).
