My AC went out during a heat wave, and they were able to send someone right away. The technician was knowledgeable and a super nice guy. I've used Integrity for a few years now and they never disappoint.

Chris and Integrity Comfort are amazing. They installed an air purification system to our HVAC unit to make our house safer and cleaner for our family. They also did a system check and tune up on our system to ensure it was all operations properly. They can do it all. They have always been on time, they send text updates on exactly when they will be there and when they are gone you will not even know they were there other than the great service that was done. Service guy showed up on time and fixed the problem quickly. I was on my way out of town and didn't give the bill a thorough look till I got home. I felt I might have been overcharged so I called Jill in the office and explained my thinking. She was very attentive and contacted the owner, called me back very quickly and we settled on what was fair for both of us. That kind of service is rare these days and now they have a happy client.
