In this confusing world of HVAC there are many who will rob you blind. My experience with Integrity Systems was superb. The tech was very professional and courteous. He could have ripped us off and would not have known. But they are 100% honest! I thought the repairs would be several hundreds. They fixed everything and charged $59 for a service call. Bravo owners of Integrity ????????????????
Michael, of course, was beyond awesome when he worked so hard to design the new AC unit for our son's home. We so appreciated all that he did and the extraordinary effort during the installation to make it perfect.
Reliable air conditioning isn't just about comfort for your son, but it can be life saving for him when he has Asthma issues.
What truly makes a company great is the service post installation that we can count on. Josh has been wonderful. The first service with Josh was the regular service and a baffle adjustment. The second visit from Josh and Diego was to make another baffle adjustment for the primary bedroom to balance the temperature. We so appreciated their expertise and kindness. They both truly understand the medical necessity this system provides for our son.

Troy was a magician. So thankful for his thinking outside the old box of my ac unit
Our unit stopped working during a heat wave. Within an hour Troy was here to service our HVAC. We were really surprised at how quick he got here. He immediately fixed the problem and got the cold air flowing again. Thank you so much.
Quick, knowledgable, and friendly service! Nothing like having your Air Conditioner die out in the hottest week of the year. After reviewing the issue Integrity Comfort Systems was able to get the AC working temporarily but it turned out it needed more work. They offered multiple repair options and within a few days the final repairs were complete. I will definitely use them again if the need arises in the future.
Josh did a great job! He serviced my air conditioner and made a couple of recommendations to help it last longer. When I asked about a new wireless thermostat he made several recommendations and had the one that I chose brought to the house and installed it! Thank you so much for the prompt and efficient service!
I'm very satisfied with Integrity Comfort Systems. Top notch company with great talent. Michael was fantastic, he offered some temporary solutions, but due to the age of my system I opted to have everything replaced. Michael quickly provided several options, and I was scheduled for installation within a few days.
On install day, Jerod and crew (sorry brother, I completely forgot your name!) arrived promptly and got busy. They managed to get the old out and everything new installed and running in 7 hours. Attention to detail was evident and everything was left cleaner than when they arrived.
Next day I noticed severe condensation throughout the system and called. Julie immediately dispatched a tech out. The issue was identified and corrected (Thank you Diego!). Problem was due to a compatibility issue with Nest V3 thermostats working with ACPRO condensers, which I elected to keep prior to installation. Diego installed a temporary thermostat to get the system working as expected. Michael came out a few days later and installed my thermostat of choice. System is working perfectly.
Again, top notch company. I will be doing business with them from here on out. I highly recommend their services.
