Integrity Comfort Systems was my first call when I needed AC Repair. I had received this recommendation from my cousin who had used other companies in Ventura County and said they were the best and I agree. My technician was professional, on time and did a great job. I would definitely give this place your business and use them yearly. I subscribed for their maintenance package and even ordered air filters at a discount on their site. I have used them for 3 years now.
Integrity has done the annual service on my hvac system the last two years. Then came out to solve a rattle in my ceiling. They are always friendly, professional and efficient. If you need hvac work I highly recommend them. Shout out to Chris who did the work today and Heather and Julie in the office!

If you are looking for AC /Heat Service that treats you like a family member or neighbor.. this is the company. They came to SERVICE my AC /HEAT unit... not trying to SELL me a new one. Service rep Eric was great. He let me know when he would be arriving, was on time, Personable, knew what he was doing, prepared, clearly explained in terms you could understand what he was going to do, and made certain my inside and outside units were running properly, cleaned all filters, checked control panel and each room vent for consistent temp. Eric answered all my questions. I highly recommend Eric and Integrety Comfort Systems.
Response from the company was fast and they were able to accomodate my schedule. Tech was very pleasant and he left everything very clean. The only thinkg that kept me from 5 stars, was the tech was an hour and 20 minutes later than originally expected and he spent quite a bit of time on his cell phone during the first two hours he was here. Nice company to work with.
