We had a problem with our air conditioner, and Diego and another time Steven Carrasco came the next day. Diego was so kind and we ran a few tests over the phone first and then when he came over, he immediately figured out the issue and fixed it right away! We are so grateful for our relationship with integrity systems. They always do a fantastic job!

We used Integrity Comfort Systems to put our AC system in. I called and scheduled an appt to get back on my service rotation with them. The experience with Josh was fantastic! The A/C unit stopped working on a Sunday night, and it was a relief that they sent a technician really quickly. Josh was friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Josh explained the problem and options. The repair was done efficiently, and the cost was reasonable, especially given the quick turnaround. They are highly recommended for their honesty and reliable service!

Requested quote for AC unit replacement via email heir website. Julie responded within a few hours and was very pleasant and helpful. Steven arrived at my home within 24 hours of requested visit, based on my schedule. Steven was very thorough, helpful and patient. Checked both my units and confirmed my suspicions of the need to replace my older unit. He examined both units, looked at equipment in (very hot) attic and presented a very clear summary and verbal proposal to adress my needs. They are currently being carefully considered based on their apparently competitive bid. I strongly recommend speaking with h Julie and having Steven do the evaluation, inspection and proposal if you need a professional, helpful and competitive bid for your AC work.
Had.an issue with the second floor of our house not getting good A/C air immediately after our A/C maintenance servicing. Integrity sent Oscar out to recheck are compressor. Long story short, the unit was low on Freon. Oscar added Freon at no charge.Integrity wanted to take care of us and make us happy. They did both, I would highly recommend Integrity HVAC for all you heating and A/C needs. They're a Great HVAC company.
