I have been chasing an intermittent heater malfunction where it will not want to turn on in the morning or after a period of non use.
Very patient technicians in chasing a gremlin and after several complaints and several technicians the unit performed properly at the time of their visits.Finally they came and experienced the issue first hand and Mike D. determined that the cause was a faulty gas valve and he was kind enough to have chased the valve his supplier said was the correct in Santa Clarita and when he returned with said part it turned out to be the incorrect valve so he checked with his office and acquired the correct valve under warranty and was here today to install the part

Whole house fan is literally "a breath of fresh air" in the evenings. Brings house temp down 4-5 degrees without running the AC.
Zone heating and air for upstairs and downstairs keeps the whole house temperature "even.". Another big difference!

I contacted ICS due to the high review marks in Google. I purchased a new HVAC system and ducts to replace the old ones and the installation went smoothly. The technicians were very polite, knowledgeable and took their time to explain the particulars of the installation process. After the job was completed, they cleaned up and left the place spotless. Also, they show me how everything works, to change the filter and patiently trained me on how to use the app to control the smart thermostat. And everything works the way it was promised!
I highly recommend Integrity Comfort Systems and I plan to use them in the future. A big thank you to Jared Fiore, Jose Castaneda and the rest of the crew.
They showed up when they said they would. in and out sooner than they said, cleaned up everything. very professional would recommend Integrity comfort systems to anyone.
Carlos was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained and demonstrated how I would be able to change my heater filter myself between visits. He carefully checked the furnace and also made sure the AC was all right. He was here on time and
came prepared. He answered my questions and was a very good representative for Integrity.

Chris Spalding- Went over and above the call of duty to ensure my system is operating at peak performance. This gentleman is knowledgeable , friendly and professional in every aspect of his encounter with the customer. He's very detailed oriented and will not leave until he finds the answer. It's refreshing to have a individual of that caliber servicing my AC.
