Always excellent service.
Tech Tony came out to my home today on time as scheduled. I was pleasantly surprised by his willingness to explain everything to me in a way that I was able to understand. He showed me pictures of my HVAC issues that was in the attic to confirm what was in need of service. He didn't try to up sell me anything, he simply provided me with details and advised me of the best solutions to rectify the issues.
Further, he took his time and answered all questions that I presented.
In addition, I would like to comment on his professional appearance and mannerisms.

That was my first time using Integrity Confort, the tech arrived on time, very pleasant, took his time in explaining everything related to the heater component issue. the repair and the maintenance were completed timely, and the system is working perfectly. I will definitely use them again.

As always your tech showed up on time did a great job, explained thoroughly what he was doing and helped me select the correct filter to use every 3 months.
Our air conditioning and heating units are 31 years old. We have been using Integrity for many years. Our technician, Troy, was very detailed on the condition of our units. He took pictures of everything and explained our options going forward. Integrity is honest, reasonably priced and we highly recommend them!
