We had Michael come to give a quote for a new heat system and the possible addition of ac. He was thorough and knows his job. We were so impressed with him that we went with Integrity Comfort Systems and did not schedule any additional companies to bid on our project. We feel this company is far superior to the rest.

Staff and Technicians highly knowledgeable. They fixed my furnace after we had another company come out 2 days before who was worthless. They gave us suggestions for affordable (hardware store) remedies to make our outdoor HVAC closet safer and more efficient.
I was very pleased with Integrity. They came out talked with us and tried to see if a repair was possible. The cost of repair was over the amount needed on a 20 year old system. They put in new HVAC and never pressured us one bit. Michael was professional always allowing us to think and ponder what we should do. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for repair or replacement. There is no pressure to make a decision, and they are willing to answer and return calls promptly. They were a blessing to my family and I had 12 companies come out and all of them kept bad mouthing companies and product. Integrity never once bad mouthed another product or company they just kept reassuring that we would be happy.
Both Josh and Chris did an incredible job! They were called out last minute as sub contractors for a job that another team messed up the HVAC on accident (electrical). They spent two full days troubleshooting shooting, calling part shops, driving across cities, and working with the project manager to ensure me and my family were taken care of. They didn't have to do all that work as the were subs and not getting direct approval from me, but they were dedicated and beyond thorough with everything. I am truly grateful for their hard work and efforts, and they even had a few curve balls thrown at them and had to replace the entire furnace. Will 1000% be using them going forward for as long as I'm able to.

Mike was great. He spent a lot of time explaining the benefits of different A/C systems and he was very knowledgeable and accommodating to my questions.
Came out to help me understand why cold air coming out of vents. Diagnosed pretty quickly and did full inspection of Furnace.

Our heating stopped mid-morning and Integrity Comfort came out mid-day to fix the problem. The issue was diagnosed quickly and heat was back on less than three hours after I made the call. The tech was courteous and knowledgeable.
