Eric arrived the promptly. Texted first. I texted photos of the issue & location so we could set up social distancing. He wore a mask, gloves & booties. Fixed our a/c issue on our first warm weekend! I was so pleased that I signed up for their seasonal maintenance program!
Wow great price- excellent communication - super responsive and on top of the appointment. Considering the heat they came out pretty quickly. No fee to come out is what initially sold me and the price they quoted to replace my condenser motor was great! Thank you!
So far, I am satisfied with the service from both gentlemen who came to explain what needed to be done and the cost, which was very reasonable. I have an appointment for Saturday. I will post again after the job is done

Troy came to my house for a maintenance appointment and solved the problem of the ducting in the back of our home in all of 30 seconds. He was prompt, professional and friendly. I'd highly recommend Troy and ICS to anyone in need of an HVAC professional during this hot summer!

Integrity really came through for us! It was 100 on a Thursday and our AC stopped working. Two other companies promised, but never showed up. So now it's Saturday morning and I called Integrity. Amazingly, they called back and scheduled a visit for the same day. Troy showed up an hour early (!) and quickly diagnosed the problem and proceeded to start repairs. He was done in under an hour and stuck around to make sure everything worked and continued to work. I highly recommend this company.
