Worked with Steven. Great experience. Got my old worn out system working. Gave me a great price for a new system. And they're installing it tomarrow. The install went great. System is a massive improvement. The guys were great. I am very pleased. They cleaned up and explained the system to me. Five stars.
Troy, our tech was very kind, communicative, thoughtful, and clean. He was also great with our dog. He was able to get the work done while making sure he didn't disturb us, but take a couple of moments for our dog. He was a pleasure to have here.
I can happily report on the service and multiple interactions I have had with Integrity Comfort Systems. A little less than 1 year ago they installed 2 furnaces and a tankless water heater in my home. We had several different companies give estimates. Integrity's was not the cheapest, but Stephen Carrasco immediately made us feel comfortable and secure with choosing them. They have not failed to reward us for our choice. They have returned 2 or 3 times for check-ups and adjustments quickly and with no hesitation. I also remember Julie and Jared were extremely helpful. It is uncommon to be as happy as we are, but Integrity Comfort Systems was a great choice for our big job. They handled themselves with professionalism and great humanity. I would quickly call them for future needs and recommend them unreservedly to my friends and family.
Steven the technician was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He came to give me a "free of charge" estimate of my Goodman furnace problem. I didn't received the estimate yet,-but strangely enough the furnace is working at this time.
It was a pleasure working with Nima Behshid, we've had several issues with our HVAC and it was refreshing to have someone who was knowledgeable and took the time to help me understand why things needed to be done. As a result of Behshid's wonderful customer service, we joined the membership promotion.
As always the technicians that work for Integrity Comfort Systems are stellar!! Troy came by and diagnosed my nightmare HVAC system and fully explained what was happening to cause the issues. Never using jargon and willing to repeat all the technical stuff no matter how many times I ask. I've used this company a couple times so far and they always deserve a shoutout due to how amazing they are. I have a nightmare house and they always bring excellent service!!
