Chris and Integrity Comfort are amazing. They installed an air purification system to our HVAC unit to make our house safer and cleaner for our family. They also did a system check and tune up on our system to ensure it was all operations properly. They can do it all. They have always been on time, they send text updates on exactly when they will be there and when they are gone you will not even know they were there other than the great service that was done. Please reach out to them for any AC and Heating needs.
Service guy showed up on time and fixed the problem quickly. I was on my way out of town and didn't give the bill a thorough look till I got home. I felt I might have been overcharged so I called Jill in the office and explained my thinking. She was very attentive and contacted the owner, called me back very quickly and we settled on what was fair for both of us. That kind of service is rare these days and now they have a happy client.
Incredible communication and service
Steven fixed my HVAC/Mini Split in the midst of this dreadful heat. Was very knowledgeable and professional. And after getting a few quotes, was reasonably priced for service. Will be calling them for next year's maintenance for sure. Thank you!
The AC stopped working called at 4:58 p.m. Amazingly Chris S was out here working on our system by noon. Fast, courteous and friendly service. We give Chris 5 stars for helping us get up and running. Fast forward about a year and it happens again call up and Chris is here its just the overflow just lime last time. If we would have thought about it we could have handled it but we pushed the panic button and Chris is here with a smile and problem solved.

Our service started out great with Mike who made an incredible first impression. Out of many quotes we received that week he took the most initiative actually checking our system. So we know we had selected the right company right off the bat. Upon installation we had Rich & Ryan open the job & they did the most incredible job. They spent time answering all of our questions no matter how many we had. They were exceptionally professional, polite, took pride in their work & no matter our request… Ryan was going to make it happen. Even though they worked in this 100 degree weather, they managed to touch base with us all day and keep us informed every step of the way. It's not an ideal situation to have this job done in this ridiculous heat, but they did it so professionally & we are so happy with their work! Thank you Mike, Ryan, Ryan's friend (sorry!) & Rich!

Christian arrived during the time block provided. He was very professional and is very knowledgeable about the different estimates that were provided to us. Answered all my questions with confidence.
