Integrity Comfort Systems sent Eric this morning for a warranty service call. Eric arrived right on time and was great with our over-eager, very friendly dog. With the hottest part of year upon us now we want our heat pump system functioning well. Eric investigated our system noise issue and arrived at a solution. We love Integrity Comfort Systems. They did a beautiful job installing our system and now maintain it to the same high standard. We highly recommend Integrity Comfort Systems.

A/C Technician arrived promptly same day service and notified us when in route. Estimates provided were detailed and called out parts to be replaced and work to be completed. Our system is older and will eventually be phased out. We were glad to get an early seasonal maintenance check so we have time to decide on moving forward with needed repairs of our existing HVAC system or schedule a review with Integrity Comfort Systems and get pricing for a complete HVAC system upgrade. The experience was professional.
During a routine servicing call the technicians found my cooling system wasn't working properly. I had a broken wire in the conduit running to my outside unit. They were able to troubleshoot the problem and fix it right away, before the summer heat started up. I am very grateful

I use their service initially and have now used them for ongoing maintenance. They have been excellent. I had a different technician this time and he was just as amazing as the first one. They go above and beyond to be professional and courteous. In addition, they will get the job finished regardless of the time and do it very professionally. I do not feel like I was ever being sold. Something I didn't need or being told something that was incorrect. After using multiple companies before these are by far the best experiences I've had. I would highly recommend them to anybody without reservation.
