Thanks Chris! Is it crazy to say "I love these guys" regarding an HVAC contractor?! Kenny, the owner was a neighbor which we discovered after using him for our new HVAC system. Integrity truly lives up to the name. They employ a stable crew of technicians. They're clean, always pleasant, personable and get the job done timely. I only recommend this HVAC contractor and to anyone who'll listen.

If you are looking for AC /Heat Service that treats you like a family member or neighbor.. this is the company. They came to SERVICE my AC /HEAT unit... not trying to SELL me a new one. Service rep Eric was great. He let me know when he would be arriving, was on time, Personable, knew what he was doing, prepared, clearly explained in terms you could understand what he was going to do, and made certain my inside and outside units were running properly, cleaned all filters, checked control panel and each room vent for consistent temp. Eric answered all my questions. I highly recommend Eric and Integrety Comfort Systems.
Response from the company was fast and they were able to accomodate my schedule. Tech was very pleasant and he left everything very clean. The only thinkg that kept me from 5 stars, was the tech was an hour and 20 minutes later than originally expected and he spent quite a bit of time on his cell phone during the first two hours he was here. Nice company to work with.

My Mom's nest wasn't working and so I called and they came out found the problem in the first minute. They were so helpful and because of what it was they waived my fee. Thank you Integrity. I will definitely call you back next time something goes wrong.
